Cybertron / Galaxy Force Roadstorm (Part 1)

Another scout class character from Cybertron series; Lugnutz.

Alternate motorcycle mode:

It is hard not to notice Lugnutz's well designed motorcycle alternate mode is actually modeled after the famous Harley Davidson bike.

Lugnutz's color scheme revolve around orange, gold, grey, silver and black. The bike covers and panels are in orange with gold flame details. The engines and piping are in grey with the seat and side box compartments in black and silver.

Lugnutz in his bike mode looks very neat. There are very few split lines and you would hardly notice that he is actually a transformer toy if no one mentioned about it.

Front and Back View:

From the front, the 1st thing you will notice is the headlight which has some fine mess details. The handle bars on the side curves exactly like those on Harleys which is a nice touch. From the back, you can find a Decepticon logo on the license plate.

Side View:

From the side, there are great details put onto this small figure from the engine to the exhaust pipe lines. The gold flames paint apps and orange background stand out among the dull grey black body which improves the overall outlook.

Force ignition gimmick:

On the left rear of the bike, that is where the cyber keys can be inserted.

Upon insertion of the cyber keys, the right exhaust pipe rotates upward to review a series of missile launchers.

Transformation:

Starting off is a little tricky as his split lines are well hidden and there isn't much clue where to start his transformation. However once you figure out where to get started, the rest comes pretty straight forward.

Overall:

Lugnutz's alternate bike mode is impressive. The bike is very well design and all the robot parts are well concealed so much so that you do not know where to start his transformation. The only pity is that the front tires cannot be steer which reduce amount of articulation and posing.

Next week: Lugnutz in robot mode
