STGCC 2014

Being a die-hard transformers fan, this year's STGCC is certainly a letdown. I would expect more stuff this year since it is the year where the 4th or probably the last installation of the TF movie series is shown but somehow that isn't the case.

3rd party makers: Maketoys on Display

Here are some of the big bots on display from Maketoys.

The individual Technobots that combine to become Computron.

The combined Computron looks impressive but somehow i felt the waist seems too thin.

The already released City Bot Series - MCB-02 Utopia from Maketoys. Certainly Bulky and solid looking. As a whole, I felt this version is better than the official done by Hasbro.

Another huge Citybot from Maketoys called the MCB-03 Pandinus (Scorponok). Very Impressive. I bet the price is even more impressive but come one, these guys deserve it for their hard work.

3rd party makers: Mastermind Creations on Display

Stuffs from another 3rd party maker Mastermind Creation (MMC). Top is Feral Rex a new interpretation of G1 combiner Predaking.

Awesome figures from MMC. All voyager size figures.

Some other products from MMC that includes the Terminus Hexatron and the Azalea with some of her variances; Zinnia, Eupatorium and Salvia Promino.

Bovis

Talon

Leo Dux

Tigris and Fortis (behind)

3rd party makers: Fansproject on Display

Stuffs from Fansproject.

Seems they are busy making Dinobots. Here we have Volar with Velos.

Some other Dinobots.

Fansproject also had their own triple changers: Quickswitch.

Sigma L

Hasbro Display

Old release from Hasbro. Voyagers class figures.

Movie stuff and Masterpiece. I assume the middle Optimus prime is the DMK version.

Some deluxe and voyagers class figures.

More movie stuff.

Unrelease stuff.

Masterpiece Bumblebee. So small.

DMK Optimus Prime

Masterpiece Wheeljack.

The yet to be release Hotspot and blades. Both are repaints from previous release molds.

The Knights of Unicron crazy gang. Looks cool but an easy pass for me.

Even Hot toys are riding the transformers craze. They are going to release an Optimus prime in the Starscream version. How did they come up with this, i really wonder.

Kidslogic seems to be doing well too. These are highly painted non transformable bots. I really like it but for 125SGD each, it seems a little high for me.

Kidslogic Megatron and Black Convoy.

Hot toys, putting up a scene from the movie Avengers. Can you guess who is missing? It's Loki who else.

Last year, we had the entire hall of armour in the showroom. This year, there isn't much. some bits and pieces from few makers.

Ironman Head

Ironman bust

On the whole, it is a waste of time for me. No further comments.
