Generations Warpath (Part 1)

This week's review will be the popular Warpath from Generations series.

Tank Mode:

I am glad that Hasbro had finally decided to upgrade Warpath to a deluxe figure having previously released him twice as a legend class figure. I can understand they wanted him small in order to retain the size seen in the G1 animated cartoon but this is the new generation and Warpath being such a popular figure, surely deserves more.

Similar to the G1 series, Warpath's alternate mode is a Battle Tank. The tank this time round takes on a more advanced looking model in the form of a H-Tank; an obvious upgrade from the old M551A1 Sheridan ARAAV design used in the G1 design.

The colors used on Warpath are brown-red mainly on his body, dark grey on the secondary weapons on each side of his turret and as well as light grey and black on some certain areas.

Front and Back view:

The front view shows how the name H-Tank came from. It is the shape of the hull that looks like a letter "H". This shape is formed by 5 individual sections that might be where the robot body and limbs are.

Side view:

Warpath's primary turret sits at the far end of the hull unlike the regular ones that sits in the middle. Also, notice the missile in the side launcher is particularly long and protrudes out by half a tank's length. Very strange design.

Details:

Left: Warpath has 2 Autobot logo on each side of the hull. Notice the tank tracks in silver and are very nicely detailed.
Right: The unpainted driver's hatch in light grey just below the turret.

Warpath might be a scout character in G1 but he doesn't lack the firepower to complete. Other than the primary turret weapon, he comes with a rocket launcher on the left and a grenade launcher on the right. The ridiculous long missile from the rocket launcher actually shoots.

Notice the 2 rows of wordings on each side of his front hull that says "K4-90W" and "Z0W-333". These are no vehicle serial or code names. They meant "kapow" and "zoweee" which are some of the unique phases used by Warpath in the G1 animated cartoon.

Gimmicks

Warpath's turret gun can be lifted.

The turret itself can be rotated sideways.
